(Hastings, NE) Tractor Tuesday is excited to announce that University of Nebraska freshman baseball player Tyner Horn has signed a Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deal to become a brand ambassador. Tractor Tuesday is an online auction platform for producers, empowering equipment owners with the tools to successfully represent and sell their own equipment. This collaboration is a perfect fit, bringing together a rising star in college baseball with a company dedicated to supporting athletes from agricultural backgrounds.

Tyner Horn is a standout athlete from Halstead, Kansas. In his senior year of high school, Tyner was ranked the #2 right-handed pitcher and #3 overall prospect out of Kansas. He was named All-Class and Class 5A Pitcher of the Year after he pitched a perfect 0.00 ERA in 38.1 innings. Not only a standout athlete, Tyner also achieved over 3.5 GPA every year. His dedication and work ethic embody the values that Tractor Tuesday and Farm Athletes stand for.

Growing up on a farm provided Tyner with essential life lessons. He particularly appreciates โ€œthe relationships and skills you build, which will help you for the rest of your life.โ€ Tyner also thinks an agricultural background โ€œmakes you appreciate life a little more.โ€ He takes inspiration from Nolan Ryan, who grew up on a ranch and then returned to ranching after his MLB career. Likewise, Tyner also plans to return to agriculture after he is done with baseball. He hopes to one day be an inspiration for โ€œall those kids from small towns who think thereโ€™s no way they can make it.โ€ Tyner says, โ€œI want to be the guy they look up to.โ€

As a brand ambassador, Tyner will represent Tractor Tuesday in various marketing campaigns and community outreach initiatives, highlighting the intersection of sports and agriculture. This partnership will also provide Tyner with valuable opportunities to share his story and inspire other athletes from similar backgrounds.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Tyner Horn to the Tractor Tuesday family,” said Zach Bosle, CEO of Tractor Tuesday. “His deep roots in farming and his passion for baseball align perfectly with our mission. We look forward to working with him and watching his upcoming impact on Cornhuskers baseball.”

This NIL deal underscores Tractor Tuesdayโ€™s’ commitment to creating opportunities for college athletes from farm and ranch backgrounds, helping them succeed in their athletic careers while staying connected to their roots.
